Highlights from the 2014, 21st annual For the Kids Dinner

A night to remember.

Thank you to all of our generous donors who attended the 21st annual 'For the Kids' Dinner at the Bank of the West Classic. Over $200,000 was raised for YTA programs, a huge success!

San Francisco Giants minority owner, long-time YTA board member and San Francisco philanthropist Bob Sockolov was presented with the Arthur Ashe Award for Excellence in community service.

Willie Mays was honored for his dedication to underprivileged youth and especially for his help with the re-opening of our YTA site in Hunters Point last year. He appeared in person to accept the honor and brought with him his godson and fellow SF Giants great, Barry Bonds!

Celebrity broadcaster Ted Robinson conducted a captivating interview with top womens Pro Tennis player Sabine Lisicki, who was filled with enthusiasm for her tennis career and life in general.

We also heard from our own inspiring tennis stars Hillary Phu and Azaria Hayes about there experience in YTA programs and their aspirations for the future.
